Lance’s Music Lovers is a Second Life group that exists to enrich the lives of Second Life residents. The group is based on the premise that an individual’s Second Life experience is enhanced when they are able to socialize with friends who share similar values. Music is often the glue that cements meaningful social relationships.
To this end, Lance’s Music Lovers enjoy the following privileges:
- Informed of when and where Lance is performing
- Special access to Sea Starr and WTF
- Access to AFK (Adina's Freebie Kingdom)
- Freebies to attach at Lance’s shows
- Freedom to use group for informal chatting
The following policies govern group behavior:
- All members are to be treated with dignity, respect, and consideration. Strict adherence to the Linden Terms of Service (TOS) is expected of group members - the following types of actions, which are quoted from the TOS, are not tolerated: harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, causes tort, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
- Group communication may include informal, friendly messages. To minimize chat clutter, members engaged in an extended chat should consider teleporting to Sea Starr where they can engage in local chat;
- Formal communications about Lance’s performance schedule may be made only by Lance, Adina, or other designated person;
- Group chat may not be used to promote another performer, a club, a group, or to sell anything.
- Concerns or issues should be addressed to Lance in a private IM.
